We will gladly provide a nonbinding estimate for any project you might have, all services are provided on a time and material basis.

Project work
- UI/UX, mock-ups and final web front end: Design & web front end

For larger projects, ask us for a quote.
By agreement, we can add our offshore team for extra capacity. Your code always stays on our servers in Denmark.
Maintenance and customisation
- Development and testing: IT service and DBA, Developer
Larger customisations and conversions can be run as a project. Otherwise the work is usually done ad hoc, and we're glad to help you map out the scope and your options.
Service and operations: online service and other urgent tasks
Out-of-hours surcharges apply only to the services in the On-call / on-site / online table.
Without a service agreement:
- Call-out outside the agreed normal hours: 1 extra hour
- Minimum charge of 2 hours per day.
- Billed in ½-hour increments.
With a service agreement:
- Priority response
- Minimum charge of ½ hour per day.
- Billed in ½-hour increments.
These terms apply to urgent jobs.
Support: ad hoc IT service
Without a service agreement: not available.
With a service agreement:

Project meetings and online meetings
- Project management: Consultant / Project manager
In projects it often pays to use online and remote support tools for presentations and status meetings wherever possible.
Training
- Consulting: Consultant
Training is normally offered only as part of a project, as full-day sessions at your premises by arrangement.
Typical scope: a full-day session including 1 day of preparation, minimum 16 hours in total for up to 8 participants. Each additional participant is charged 2.850 DKK.
Other
Materials are charged as used.
Travel time from our Copenhagen office is charged at 750 DKK per hour, plus 3,53 DKK per km. Bridge and ferry tolls and overnight stays are passed on at cost.
