Framework agreement

• A framework agreement is for customers who need our services spread over the whole year and want the best possible price, including support for the solutions we have delivered. 
• A framework agreement with a fixed number of hours runs for at least one quarter and is invoiced monthly in advance. 
• You can use the hours freely for standard tasks. 
• We charge time to the framework agreement in whole hours. When needed, we send you a statement of the hours used and the remaining balance.
• Email and phone support beyond 10 minutes per call is charged to the framework agreement in half hours.
• Any travel is invoiced separately at the current rates.
